How do I know if I'm already a MagnaWave Affiliate?
Visit the Affiliate Dashboard in the Practitioner Portal. If you are currently an affiliate, you will see your unique affiliate link and QR code. If you are not yet registered, you will receive a message with instructions on how to sign up.
What's the best way to capture leads at a show or vendor event?

Will my referral be contacted by MagnaWave?
Yes. MagnaWave reaches out to all new leads submitted through the website. When you register a lead using the form below, you’ll be asked to acknowledge that your referral will be contacted by one of our product specialists. You can also indicate a preferred specialist and share any notes about what your referral is looking for.
How do I track whether my referrals turned into purchases?
Your full referral activity is visible in the Affiliate Dashboard within the Practitioner Portal. Log in anytime to view submitted leads and your affiliate performance.
